Refunds & Cancellation

Thank you for supporting Deccan Conservation Foundation (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We value the trust you place in us and are committed to transparency in all our operations, including contributions, event registrations, and product purchases (if applicable).

 

1. Donations

• Non-Refundable: All donations made to Deccan Conservation Foundation are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, we cannot offer refunds, except in cases of proven error (e.g., duplicate transactions or incorrect amount charged).

• Errors in Donation: If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us at [email/contact form link] within 7 days of the transaction for review.

 

2. Event Registrations (if applicable)

• Cancellation by Participant: If you have registered for one of our workshops, retreats, or events, cancellations must be requested via email at [idghorpade@gmail.com] at least 7 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a processing fee of 5% to cover payment gateway charges.

• Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

• Cancellation by Organizer: If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

 

3. Merchandise (if applicable)

• We currently do not offer merchandise sales. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

 

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days after approval.
